Here’s another incredible photo shoot by Walt over at Snap! Photography. It’s based on Avatar: The Last Airbender, depicting an Earth Bender. The male model did a great job. The costume was fantastic. The setting and lighting were terrific.

Help out the people in Haiti today!
Here’s a list of organizations/charities that are helping provide relief for victims of the Haiti earthquake:
Today I got this great new photo from Walter over at Snap Photography titled, “Answer Me.” As you can see, Walter does a great job capturing the angst and frustration of trying to reach someone on the phone when there’s an emergency or whatever.

Walter from Snap Photography recently did a photoshoot: Rise of Kasai. Above is one of the photos from this outstanding shoot. I hope to get the other two uploaded one of these days (blogger’s technical issues are bringing me down, man. Wordpress, take me away!).
Anyway, here’s Walter’s description of what it’s all about:
The photo shoot was called Rise of Kasai. The title is based off an actual video game. The photo shoot was done at TYE Studios which is located in Ft. Lauderdale, near the Ft. Lauderdale airport. The model ( Petit ) and I had a great time exploring the huge wildlife field and making the character that we were trying to go for really come out in the pictures. I personally did the marking on her body with charcoal, metal powder and a black sharpie. The straw around her feet is a old broom stick and the shirt is a red shirt sliced and diced by yours truly.
Cool stuff. If you’re interested in a photo shoot to add to your portfolio, check out Snap Photography’s Model Mayhem page and contact Walter there.
And now a special announcement by Walter, the man behind Snap Photography:
“I rip cars now, if u got a sweet ride, let me take a picture of it. Let me snap yo car.”
Well, you heard the man (or read it, I guess)! Snap Photography is now taking pictures of your car, your auto, your vehicle. If it’s fast and furious, if it looks like a ride you’d see on PS3, then you know you need to get a good set of photos of your ride.
Well, here’s the latest upcoming photo shoot from Snap Photography: Defeat Daisuke. Walter is looking for men and women to dress up in urban and trendy clothes, and play a part in a mock fight with an “unidentified stranger who knows the art of Tai-Chi.” Sounds like fun!
The dates are October 22, 23, 29, and 30 — all with an 8:00am start time.
Just check out the model mayhem link to the right to contact Snap Photography.
Here’s a brand new video from Snap Photography, showcasing the crazy photo shoot stylings of Walter. I’m not sure if these folks would be on the TV show So You Think You Can Dance … but they’re here for photos, not to be judged by Mary Murphy!
I asked Walter about the Doll Me photo shoot concept:
Vahl: What inspired this concept?
Walt: My love for anime and asians.
Vahl: Is this all ages, or just adults?
Walt: Adults.
Vahl: What do the models get for their fee?
Walt: The pictures on a CD and one ballon from the 300 on the floor.
Vahl: Nice. Are we talking Bratz dolls or China dolls, or both?
Walt: Both.
